It been three months now I have been receiving training on computer at MB&U, and I must say it has been a really good challenge to me. The first three weeks I was taught master typing which in my opinion was very boring to me. But not withstanding I had to go on with it cause it will help me in my typing as it is doing at this moment am typing this blog. Typing master made me know about the position of letters on the keyboard and also which finger to use in typing depending on the location of the letter I want to use.
After those three weeks Mr. Ezekiel started teaching us about binary number which was a little bit confusing but interesting compared to typing master which some made want to dose off. Then Mr. Tom took over with his class of Microsoft word which I really enjoyed (partly due to the energy of Mr. tom during his classes). I learned about wrap text, changing font size, editing texts and shapes of objects that are added to the work. After that Mr. Tom took us on Spread sheet, spread sheet here has some similarities with Microsoft word in that I some times make mistakes in the attributes of spread sheet. I learned about the types of orientation to use when am about to start, whether its land scape or portrait. I think I miss about 25% of Mr. Tom's class because of some other engagement which I must attend to. After spread sheet He took us on publisher where we learn how to make complementary cards and calendars. After publishers He also taught us about networking, things we need to know about network which bring me to this blog because we have to all summit an assignment of writing a blog.
I still have three more months to go before I graduate from MB&U, and there are still more am going to learn here. Last week Mr. Ezekiel started teaching us about Graphic design which am so anxious to learn because i have heard a lot about it. At MB&U I get to meet new people like those in my batch group, the two Emmanuel, Ikanke, Blessing and Precious, they are really nice and helpful especially days that am absent they help to fill me in on topics and show me how to do the work on the system.
There have been some bad days but that is all part of learning,
